Walk! Walk! Walk! Walk!

I got back moving again. I popped the Walk at Home dvd and got moving. I walked a mile. Normally, I hate the boosted walk at the end, but yesterday, I was loving it!!!!!!!!! I've always hated running and wasn't a fan of jogging. However, jogging is a piece of cake.

Walking in Bizarroland

In my ongoing pursuit of a solid career, I have decided to go back to school. On most days that I have gone to campus to get my registration straight, I have done loads of walking. This walking has made up for my not getting in my mile walk at home. I have also decided to incorporate Yoga and Pilates into my routine. I have been so tired thfrom getting registered in school that I have hardly blogged.

Fried - No Fear

Yesterday:

On Thursday,I was concerned that I was sabotaging my healthy eating and fitness ques, because I ate some fried chicken wings. However, On Friday, I did so much walking while I was getting registered for school that I worked off that chicken and whatever else I ate.

Three Days............

On Tuesday:

I woke, but didn't exercise. I walked a mile using my Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd. For dinner, I ate grilled KFC chicken breasts, but cheated a bit with some Mexican Pizza. I also cheated a bit with some fried chicken wings for lunch.


On Wednesday:

I woke up and exercised. I also did alot of walking in my errands. I looked forward to meeting a guy that I am really interested in. Oooo, when he came over, he gazed in to my eyes and talked to me. But, I think I talked too much and blew it. Oh well, I gotta push it along like A Tribe Called Quest.


On Thursday:

I ate those fried wings for lunch again. Sonic was for dinner - a grilled chicken salad that was compromised my a cheese fry,LOL.

Up and At'em

This morning. I woke up, then I exercised. I walked a mile with Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD.  I bathed, out on my clothes and headed out. I got my hair cut. Yeah, I got a hair cut today. I was going to just let my hair grow big an natural, but I needed a hair cut. It started shedding and I realized that I needed to cut my hair.  I walked to and from the barber shop and it felt great!

Kickin it Off on a Sunday!

Today, I woke up. I ate fruit for breakfast and drank milk with it. Then, the fun began. I put in my Leslie Sansone Walk at Home dvd and worked it out. I had so much. I walked two miles. My heart rate felt great. I got out breath, but then I got to a point where I wasn't out of breath anymore. I felt fantastic! Best of all, I measured my waist, and I discovered that I have lost 4 inches off of my waist.

New Year's Day Steamed Veggies

Like the group Foghat sings in their song slow ride, today is about "take it easy" for me,LOL. I'm going to get busy with my Leslie Sansone Walk At Home dvd. Then, I am going to eat some steamed shrimp and vegetables that my other and I made yesterday. It is soooo good too. We steamed potatoes, carrots, lemons, asparagus, and onions with shrimp. It was delicious. I put some of it on a tortilla and added some extra sharp white cheddar cheese. It was delicious!
