The Triumphant Mile

Today, I pulled a muscle while doing aerobics. I added 5 lbs weights to the beginning of my routine. Later, when I did knee lifts and reach toward my toes, I pulled a muscle. Owwwwwies,LOL. I powered through the routine and did a mile jog.

I also ate a spinach salad with strawberries and blue cheese dressing. That was delicious. Though, I do want Popeyes chicken now. I have asked my facebook friends for some support on not wanting the Popeyes.

Tortilla bread and cheese

Today, I had warm, crispy tortilla bread and cheese. I wasn't really in the mood to exercise today. It is a habit that I must break because it is counterproductive to my fitness goal. In this case, my eating habits suck too. I mostly only eat once a day. If I am not in a good mood, I either barely eat enough to constitute a meal or I eat enough to compensate for skipping the other two meals of the day. I gotta do better.

Back on the Horse

I hadn't posted since February of last year. Weight watching was an on and off thing last year. Yet, this year I will begin again. I am determine to stick to it. If I have to put myself on a schedule to post on this blog everyday, I WILL! I started walking and jogging again.
